• Electrical grid auditing, diagnostics, and testing (VLF testing, insulation analysis).

Specific project timelines, pricing, milestones, and warranties are governed by direct commercial contracts signed between Nexora and the respective client, which override these general online terms in case of conflicts.

3. Customer Information and Commitments

To request a quote or initiate works, clients are required to provide accurate drawings, site layouts, land ownership permits, and power allocation documents. By utilizing our services, you warrant that:

• All single-line diagrams, engineering specs, or clearances you provide are accurate and legally obtained.
• All project sites are safe for our excavation machinery and engineering teams to access, conforming to basic civil safety norms.
• You will secure necessary right-of-way permissions or municipal consents unless explicitly contracted to Nexora.

4. Cost Estimates, Quotes, and Variations

Online request-for-quotes are preliminary estimates. Official, binding cost proposals are sent separately in PDF format, validated by an engineering sign-off, and are typically valid for 30 calendar days due to fluctuating costs of metals (copper, aluminum) and concrete:

• Any changes in soil conditions, unexpected utility lines during excavation, or altered grid connection requirements will require a signed change-order or variation agreement.
• Payment milestones, mobilization advances, and retention sums are strictly governed by specific project contract sheets.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents of this website—including code, text, dynamic logo animations, grids, icons, and illustrations—are owned by Nexora Mobility.

Any technical blueprints, single-line diagrams, or foundation specifications engineered by Nexora for a specific project remain our proprietary intellectual property until complete payment is received under the respective project contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we carry out works to strict ISO and IEEE engineering standards, Nexora Mobility is not liable for:

• Grid outages, phase imbalances, or transformer shutdowns initiated by public utility boards or electricity companies.
• Delays in obtaining approvals or connection permissions from local power grid operators due to administrative changes.
• Indirect or consequential damages, operational losses, or downtime costs resulting from grid energization delays or force majeure events (monsoons, earthquakes, utility strikes).

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any contractual relationships entered into through online or physical inquiries are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, claims, or disputes arising from our services must be submitted exclusively to the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
